Charges are determined by the weight and size of the parcel and the speed of the delivery service selected. We make every effort to get each order placed before noon packed and dispatched within 1-3 working days (excluding our courier services). For orders placed after midday, time scales quoted commence the next day and are indicative only.
Because the variety of goods we sell your order may be despatched in one or more parcels. If a product is out of stock, we will be in touch as soon as possible to offer an alternative where possible or arrange a refund.
We supply our papers and cloth rolled in cardboard tubes or boxes as standard. Choose Courier Flatpack if you do not wish to have your papers rolled or are purchasing larger sizes of thick papers or boards larger than A1.
Shepherds do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by a third party. If goods are returned to us due to non-delivery, refusal or incorrect delivery information, you will be refunded (excluding postage) via the method you made payment.
Domestic Shipping
Royal Mail: This service takes approximately 4/5 working days - during busy periods delivery can take a few extra days. All parcels up to 2 kilos are sent RM48, parcels over 2 kilos may be upgraded to a courier service or sent via RM24.
Purchases over £30 will require a signature on delivery. If you are not at home the postal worker will leave a card for you to collect at a local sorting office or may attempt to leave it with a neighbour.

Transit time ranges depending on the efficiency of the customs office. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the carrier. Please note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional costs, tariffs and/or brokerage fees on top of the postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility.
All International orders are sent via a Tracked/Signed for or courier service.

These are displayed at checkout and the icons can be viewed at the bottom of our home page. Please contact us if you need to pay via BACS and we will raise an invoice for you - this will take a little longer than the other payment methods to process.
